I was moved to say that I much appreciate the advice and service given by Bews Electrical, regarding the replacement of our 20-years old Miele W844 washing machine. I damaged the machine accidentally, while moving it. The programme selector control was knocked off, by contact with a door frame, breaking the spindle behind the selector control. The resulting repair cost, estimated as being between £400 and £500, would not have been worth spending on such an old appliance. Becky and I spoke about replacing the damaged machine with a modern Miele equivalent. Her suggestion of a WED325 was a very good one. The machine was installed last Friday, by Robert (with initial help from Paul, transporting it up the challenging two flights of steps to our front door). Very impressive! I doubt that such expertise and professionalism would have been on offer if the appliance had been purchased from a department store. Well done Bews Electrical. Definitely the place to buy such appliances from, to be sure of getting the best advice and installation. Having used the newly-installed WED325 several times yesterday, I have to say that it offers substantial improvements over the 20-year Miele model that we previously had. I’m very impressed!

This is a family firm which takes you seamlessly from initial contact with very knowledgeable and friendly receptionists to the job being completed. The price of my new fridge-freezer was competitive, equivalent to John Lewis' price for the same product and post-sales service. Those who did the job at my house in my case, repairing a washing machine and then installing a new Fridge Freezer, were prompt, polite and wearing masks. The work was done to a high standard and all wrappings etc automatically taken away. I have every confidence in asking them back in the future should the need arise.

The engineer was very thorough and professional. The removal of the old dishwasher was difficult since there was little clearance above the unit but it was achieved without drama or damage. The new unit was fitted, tested and it's use explained to us very clearly. I would recommend this company without hesitation and look forward to doing business with them again, when the need arises.
