Purchased 2 Miele washing machines which are fantastic. The 2 guys who turned up to fit them went above and beyond having to carry both machines up 2 flights of stairs.

Excellent service at store & online. They price matched to a substantially lower web-advertised price. Paid extra for installation: this was not just a simple unbox & plug in job, but a full friendly & unhurried explanation of how the heat-pump tumble dryer worked and how to get the best out of using it. The knowledgeable installer took the time to answer all our questions.

Another great save!
Our tumble drier suddenly stopped heating, and we were worried we'd need a replacement.
Bews attended promptly, diagnosed the problem and luckily for us had the faulty component on the van.
Net result; an hour later the tumble drier was good as new!

Over, recent years, we have purchased a Miele dishwasher, electric hob, microwave, oven and warming draw from Bews Electrical Ltd. The aforementioned company have never failed us; an exemplary service was provided at all times. Robert and Peter also like dogs, so our pup was lovingly greeted by them, during the home delivery and installation of our products. Olivia was also wonderful on telephone calls to Bews. Don't bother with anyone else in the local vicinity - Bews are the best. Our family highly recommend this company - top marks - A++!

Excellent, friendly, knowlegdable and speedy service. We've used Bewes Electrical to both fix and replace applicances. This time our 23 year old dishwasher was broken and the engineer, who turned up spot on time, instantly diagnoses the problem, removed the machine, replaced the small broken part and put it all back together. Better service than we could hope for.

Bews Electrical (Stotfold) offer a first class service both for maintenance of domestic appliances and new sales. We bought a new fridge freezer two years ago and a new washing machine a few weeks ago. With Bews maintenance our old washing machine lasted 18 years! Excellent, obliging people with whom it is nice to do business.
